Our Founder, Jamie Gibbs, recently had the pleasure of recording a podcast with David FitzGerald (formerly of BBC Radio Devon). The discussion centred around PL1 Civvy Street, the inspiring new veteran’s hub set to open in Plymouth later this year.

From job placement services and counselling to social activities and securing housing, PL1 Civvy Street aims to provide a welcoming environment where veterans can find the well-deserved support and guidance they need to thrive beyond their military service.

During the podcast, Jamie and David explored the distinctive challenges veterans often face, the services PL1 Civvy Street will offer, and the upcoming fundraising gala at the Crowne Plaza Plymouth on Friday, 20 September.

We are incredibly proud of Jamie for using his platform to raise awareness about these crucial issues. Having proudly served in the Royal Marines before establishing Retain Limited, this is a cause that is extremely close to his heart.
